Nick Taranto-Grimes

I'm currently working at Zendesk, a high velocity technology company with a mandate to build software for better customer relationships. I joined the Zendesk Creative Department in 2014 and started work on what would become our primary embedded help offering – the omni-channel Web Widget.

Today, I'm a Senior Design Manager and lead our design efforts across Melbourne & Singapore. We work alongside 16 engineering teams on products like Chat, Message and Connect as well as features like the Web Widget and our machine-learning powered, Answer Bot.

After hours, I spend time with my wife eating exceptional food, drinking delicious wine, obsessing over our Blue Russian kitten and enjoying the sun from all around the globe.

Whilst I'm based in Melbourne I frequent San Francisco and Singapore. Don't hesitate to reach out, I'm a sucker for a kopi-siu-dai.
