👋 I'm Nick — a designer building beautifully simple, thoughtfully crafted products.

I’m Nick, a designer with extensive experience spanning scale-ups, enterprise SaaS, and digital agencies. I’ve led the design of customer experience platforms at Zendesk and financial services products at Xero and Airwallex, after beginning my career crafting brand identities, websites, and interactive digital experiences.

I’m currently a Senior Staff Product Designer at Airwallex, working in the Spend space — staying close to the craft while helping shape how teams build and refine complex financial products.

Prior to Airwallex, I led design across messaging, integration and automation products at Zendesk, leading a global team of 25+ managers and designers. I helped establish a new design hub in India during Zendesk’s private equity transition and delivered AI-powered automation/app builders, omni-channel messaging solutions, and scalable enterprise integrations that accelerated platform growth.
