👋 I'm Nick, a hands-on design leader turning complex problems into beautifully simple products.

I’m a hands-on design leader with experience spanning scale-ups, enterprise SaaS, and digital agencies. I've led the design of customer experience platforms at Zendesk and financial services products at Xero and Airwallex, after beginning my career crafting brand identities, websites, and interactive digital experiences.

Today, I operate as a Senior Staff Product Designer at Airwallex, designing agentic spend management tools and leading the 0→1 design of Budgets, Airwallex's enterprise budgeting product (currently in beta).

Previously at Zendesk, I led and managed global design teams (25+) building automation, messaging, and integration products in the customer experience sector. This included standing up a new design hub in India during the company's private equity transition, shipping AI-powered app builders, omni-channel messaging experiences, and enterprise integrations that accelerated platform growth.

Holistically, I bring confidence and clarity to complex problem spaces, value rigorous iteration, and am equally at home working with small teams or large organisations.
