👋 Hi, I'm Nick, a product designer and people leader. Currently, Sr. Director of Product Design, Platform at Zendesk.

I’m Nick, a senior product design leader, with extensive experience designing enterprise grade software for SaaS organisations in the Customer Experience (Zendesk) and Financial Services (Xero) sectors. Trained as a Graphic Designer, I have an acute eye for detail, strong belief in the value of iteration and passion for beautifully simple design.

I’m currently leading the Platform design team at Zendesk. We empower customers to make Zendesk their own — supporting them to elegantly and confidently push beyond the default experience. We do this by building best-in-class integration and automation experiences that are designed to be used by people with varying levels of developer knowledge.

At Zendesk over the past 10+ years, I’ve worked across many different business areas, as an individual contributor and manager, leading international teams of varying sizes. I’m a member of design leadership and play a central role in defining team structure and operations.
