Most recently at Zendesk, I led design across Platform, Messaging, and Innovation portfolios, managing a team of 25+ designers and managers across Australia, India, North America, and Europe. I helped establish a new design hub in India during Zendesk’s private equity transition and delivered AI-powered automation/app builders, omni-channel messaging solutions, and scalable enterprise integrations that accelerated platform growth.
